ryo started living in the nation of saint Monica because he didnt dare to go back to japan, nowadays he's a mercenary and ventured to a town that used to be rich but is now dying, he goes to a tavern and notices that his wallet is gone. An old man named matsua pays for his drinks, they take a drinking contest and ryo loses, a big robed man comes and easily lifts ryo on his shoulder. ryo wakes up in a room and hears talking behind the wall. once he opens the rooms door the talking stops and he hears running. ryo goes to the hallway and notices footsteps on the floor...animal footsteps (that remind him of bagi), he follows the footsteps and finds Yoshe. Eventually meeting yoshe's brother and their "father" matsua. ryo ends up living with them.

Smugglers Capture Bagi by shooting a tranquilizer dart in her. once they have taken bagi to their base they go to a tavern and discuss about her, Matsua overhears their discussion and tells ryo about it. ryo follows the smugglers and tries to save bagi. he fails miserably and is left on the desert to die but survives and gives the direction to the smugglers base. bagi is saved by Yoshe(bagis sister), Michio(matsua's relative) and Tamotsu (yoshe's brother).

and that was the first of three chapters

second chapter is about bagi getting her intelligence back and is less action oriented.
bagi will be more petite and her feral side will cause problems. but she learns how to cope with them.

third chapter is about ryo paying back for stabbing bagi
I havent figured out this part too well yet.
